Privacy policy.
We collect as little as we can, use it only to answer you and run the program you asked about, and never sell it or use it for advertising.
Who is responsible
EduGlobal Associates, Via di Bagnoli 17, 51021 Abetone Cutigliano (PT), Italy, is the data controller for this website. For anything about your data, emailinfo@eduglobalassociates.org.
This policy covers this website. The student portal, the DCE portal and the application system are separate services. Each one gives its own privacy information when you use it.
What we collect

We don't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media plugins, and we don't build profiles or make automated decisions about anyone. Please don't put health information or other sensitive details in the form. We don't need them at this stage.
Who we share it with
Your details are read by our small team (Brett Windsor and the staff who coordinate placements). We never sell personal information and never share it for advertising. We use these service providers, under data processing agreements, to run the site and our email:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting (United States)
- Google LLC (Google Workspace): email, where form submissions arrive (Google data centres, including in the United States)
- Supabase Inc.: the database behind our placements system, which holds the list of people waiting for applications to open
Where data goes outside the European Economic Area, it's protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We'd only disclose personal information otherwise if the law required it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and enquiry emails are kept until the application round you asked about has closed, then deleted within 12 months unless you've applied. If you apply, your details are handled under the application system's privacy information from then on. Our host's technical logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete it
- restrict or object to how we use it
- give it to you in a portable format
- stop emailing you. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before.
Email info@eduglobalassociates.org and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, theGarante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority where you live or work.
California residents
We don't sell or share personal information, as California law defines those terms, and we don't use it for targeted advertising. We collect only what's described above, from you directly, for the purposes described above. You can review, correct or delete what you've given us by emailing info@eduglobalassociates.org, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: this site doesn't track visitors across websites or over time, so there's nothing for these signals to switch off. We respect them anyway, and nothing optional runs unless you accept it in the cookie banner.
Children
This website is for university students, faculty and clinical partners. It isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), loads nothing from third parties, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you directly.
