These are the most recently published estimates. They cover the full clinical experience across our partnered facilities in Italy, Switzerland, and Luxembourg — placement, housing, and the support we provide on the ground. Estimates for 2028 are published when that cycle opens on 1 January 2027; until then the figures below are the best guide to what to budget, and the shape of the costs changes very little year to year.
