Each student has a card with a simple tracker — applied, offer signed, payments, documents, orientation course, travel ready, on site, finished — coloured to show what's done, what's under way and where a little help might be needed. Their signed placement agreement is a click away.

You can see whether each installment has been paid. The details of amounts and invoices stay between the student and us, so the portal keeps things simple.

Write to a student directly
Message a student from their card. It reaches the student, with a copy to you, and their reply comes straight back to you. These conversations stay between you and your student, so if you'd like us involved too, just drop us a line.

One click emails you a summary of all your students — handy before a faculty meeting, or when a colleague asks how a cohort is doing.

Signing in
Easy to sign in.
Enter the email address we have for you and we'll send you a link to sign in — no password to remember. You'll be invited the first time you sign a student's offer. If an invitation hasn't reached you, or your role or email has changed, just let us know and we'll sort it out.
We review each student's documents ourselves, so the portal shows you that a document has arrived rather than the document itself. Documents are encrypted when stored and deleted on a 90-day schedule, which keeps your students' information safe.
